1、流體的種類、溫度，請選定適合流體的種類、溫度的本體材質與密封材質的快速接頭。根據流體，適合的本體材質、密封材質是不同的。例如，快速接頭通的介質是水，則選黃銅的或者不銹鋼制的。

　　2、快速接頭的使用環境，請選定適合使用環境的構造、材質的快速接頭。結合使用環境的濕度條件、塵埃的狀況，以及容易腐蝕等使用環境，來考慮選定快速接頭的種類、本體材質、密封材質。

　　3、液體的壓力，請選定適合流體壓力的耐壓性能的快速接頭。流體的壓力也是選定快速接頭的關鍵。油壓用的快速接頭是5.0Mpa(51kgf/cm2)-68.6Mpa(700kgf/cm2)之間形成系列化，相應于耐壓特性，快速接頭的構造也是不同的。

　　4、安裝的形狀、尺寸。請在確定比較后的形狀、尺寸后訂購產品。請確定快速接頭的型號和材質，并指定相應于配管特性的裝配形狀及尺寸。請注意尺寸是與流體流量相關連的。

　　5、自動開關閥門的構造，請選定適合配管用途的閥門構造的快速接頭。對于閥門的構造，有兩路開關型、單程開關型及兩路開放型。由于在分離時除兩路開關型以外，有流體從配管內流出。所以請注意。

　　6、確認選擇的快速接頭連接螺紋要一致。在有不同品牌產品的使用過程中，最好是同一品牌的陰頭和陽頭配合使用，如果一定要交叉使用，比較好使用前咨詢產品供應方的技術人員，確認好之后再行使用。

5. For the structure of automatic switch valve, please select the quick connector of valve structure suitable for piping. For valve construction, there are two-way switch type, one-way switch type and two-way open type. In addition to the two-way switch type, there is fluid flowing out of the pipe during separation. So please pay attention.

6. Confirm that the selected connecting thread of quick connector should be consistent. In the process of using products with different brands, it is better to use the same brand's female and male head together.
