● 安裝

1 鋸下合適長度的無縫鋼管，去除端口處毛刺。管子端面要與軸線垂直，角度公差不大于0.5°。如果管子需要折彎，則從管子端面至彎曲部位的直線段長度不能少于三倍螺母長度。

2 把螺母和卡套套在無縫鋼管上。注意螺母和卡套的方向，不要裝反了。

3 在預裝配接頭體螺紋和卡套上涂上潤滑油，把管子插入接頭體， (管子一定要插到底)用手旋緊螺母。

4 擰緊螺母直至卡套卡住管子，這個轉折點可以通過擰緊力矩的增加感覺到(壓力點)。

5 達到壓力點后，再將壓緊螺母擰緊1/2圈。

6 將預裝配接頭體拆下，檢查卡套刃邊的嵌入情況，可見的突起帶必須填滿卡套端面的空間?？ㄌ卓梢陨孕D，但不能軸向推移。

7 比較終安裝，將實際安裝中的接頭體的螺紋涂上潤滑油、壓緊螺母與之配合擰至可感覺到的擰緊力增加為止.接著再擰緊1/2圈安裝完畢。

● 重復安裝

所有的卡套接頭都可以多次重裝，但要保證零件無損壞且清潔。

1 把管子插入接頭體直至卡套貼緊接頭體內錐面，用手擰緊螺母。

2 用扳手擰緊螺母，直至擰緊力矩急劇增大，再擰緊1/4至1/2圈即可。

● 檢查

可拆下管子檢查裝配是否合乎要求：卡套端部的管子上應該有均勻的輕微凸起?？ㄌ撞荒芮昂蠡瑒?，但允許有輕微轉動。

● 泄漏原因

1 管子沒插到底。

2 螺母沒有擰緊。

Low installation

Saw off the suitable length of seamless steel tube to remove the burr at the end. The end face of the pipe shall be perpendicular to the axis, and the Angle tolerance shall not be greater than 0.5°. If the pipe needs to be bent, the straight line from the end of the pipe to the bend shall not be less than three times the length of the nut.

Put the nut and the sleeve on the seamless steel tube. Pay attention to the direction of the nut and the sleeve.

Apply lube oil to the thread of the preinstalled fitting body and the clamp sleeve, insert the pipe into the fitting body, (the pipe must be inserted to the bottom) and tighten the nut by hand.

Tighten the nut until the sleeve catches the pipe. This turning point can be felt by increasing the tightening torque (pressure point).

5. After reaching the pressure point, tighten the compression nut by 1/2 turn.

Remove the preassembled fitting body and check the embedding of the sleeve edge. The visible protruding belt must fill the space of the end face of the sleeve. The sleeve can be rotated slightly, but not pushed axially.

7. For final installation, coat the threads of the joint body in the actual installation with lubricating oil and tighten the nut with it until the tightening force can be felt is increased.

● repeat installation

All sleeve joints can be reloaded several times, but the parts must be clean and free of damage.

1. Insert the pipe into the connector body until the sleeve fits the cone inside the connector body, and tighten the nut by hand.

2. Tighten the nut with a wrench until the tightening torque increases sharply, and then tighten 1/4 to 1/2 turn.

Low check

Remove the pipe to check the fitting: the pipe at the end of the sleeve should have an even slight bump. The sleeve cannot slide back and forth, but slight rotation is allowed.

● cause of leakage

The pipe is not inserted to the bottom.
