什么是油管接頭,是現代工程機械中常常需要使用到的一類液壓配件產品,其自身質量以及安裝質量在很大程度上決定了工程機械后續使用的穩定性以及安全性,因此安裝液壓回轉頭要謹慎,注意事項有:

    1、油管接頭在搬運和存放過程中應避免撞擊和摔落,以免損壞接口及內部零件。

    2、盡可能裝機同心,以確保回轉接頭的良好運轉。

    3、螺紋連接的回轉接頭在安裝時,應注意內、外管的螺紋向是否滾筒的旋轉方向對應,且內外管的螺紋旋向也應一致。

    4、油管接頭與管道之間的連接,必須使用軟管相連接(我們公司推薦使用擾性好的金屬軟管),對禁止剛性連接。

    5、油管接頭的出入口盡可能直接與軟管相連接。以減輕接頭輔重,延長使用壽命。

    6、內管的裝配,注意尺寸的配合及重量的輔助支撐。內旋式回轉接頭的內管與接頭的配合推薦使用H8/e7的公差配合。

    7、油管接頭的支撐與止轉應恰當,一般桿直徑應比止轉孔小2mm,以免影響回轉接頭的自由調節與補償。

5. The inlet and outlet of the tubing joint should be connected with the hose as directly as possible. To reduce joint auxiliary weight and extend service life.

6. Assembly of inner tube, pay attention to size matching and auxiliary support of weight. The tolerance fit of H8/e7 is recommended for the fitting of the inner pipe to the joint of the internal rotary joint.

7. The support and stop rotation of the tubing joint should be appropriate. The diameter of the general rod should be 2mm smaller than the stop rotation hole, so as not to affect the free adjustment and compensation of the rotary joint.
